Is it possible to amend the number of each type of wine within the 100 bottles?
It is not possible to amend the total number of each wine included within the 100 bottles.
May I receive the wine bottles before my wedding date?
It is not possible to receive the wine before your wedding date. The wine will be at Cavalli Estate, chilled appropriately, on the day of your wedding. You would be welcome to consume the wine during the wedding, give the wine to your guests as gifts and take home the remaining wine at the end of the evening.
Does the promotion apply if I wish to host my wedding in the Cavalli Conservatory or Restaurant venue?
The promotion only applies to the Cavalli Main Function Venue. Your venue booking, in conjunction with the Complete Coordination Package from Warren-Stone Weddings, would need to be confirmed to receive the 100 bottles of wine.
Would the Cavalli quote be amended to accommodate my exact guest number?
Yes. The Cavalli quote would be amended to accommodate your final guest number.
If my wedding guest number is less than the promotional minimum of 80 guests, would I still eligible to receive the 100 bottles of complimentary wine?
Yes. The Cavalli quote would simply remain at 80 guests regardless of the number of guests attending the wedding.
The Warren-Stone Weddings Complete Coordination package price is not guest number dependent. This price would remain as advertised regardless of the guest number attending the wedding.
May I confirm a Premium or On-the-day coordination package and still be eligible for the promotion?
The promotion only applies to the Complete coordination package. This service, in conjunction with the Cavalli Venue booking, would need to be confirmed to receive the 100 bottles of wine.
When does the coordination process commence?
The coordination process commences six months before your wedding date.
Do I have to use specific third-party suppliers when booking Warren-Stone Weddings Coordination and Cavalli Function Venue?
Cavalli manages all required staffing, catering, and beverages when hosting your wedding celebration.
You would be welcome to choose all other third-party suppliers, with suggestions and guidance from Warren-Stone Weddings. (E.g.: Florist, Photographer, Cake baker etc)
What happens if our wedding date is affected by COVID 19 and unable to take place?
You would be welcome to reassess your wedding date three months before it is scheduled to take place. At this stage, if your wedding date is being affected by COVID 19 and unable to take place, you would be welcome to postpone the wedding to an available date within the same calendar year, with no financial implications.
How do I confirm both Warren-Stone Weddings Coordination and Cavalli Wedding Venue in order to receive the complimentary 100 bottles of wine?
Sign both Cavalli and Warren-Stone Weddings respective confirmation documentation and settle the two deposit payments required during the promotional period which commences on the 11th of June 2020 and concludes on the 11th of September 2020.
Please note only the first 10 weddings booked during this promotional period will receive the complimentary 100 bottles of wine.
To secure the complimentary wine promotion, do I make payment directly to Cavalli and Warren-Stone Weddings?
Yes. All payments are made to the coordination company and the venue separately. Though Warren-Stone Weddings is managing the promotion, the payments would remain separate to the respective business accounts.
