Planning a wedding can be overwhelming so hiring a wedding coordinator and specifically Chelsea, was the best decision we ever made. From the beginning she shared our vision and made it a very stress-free and exciting process for us. Due to unfortunate family circumstances we had to move our wedding out by a year, after all the bookings with service providers had been confirmed. During this difficult time Chelsea handled the process with great kindness and understanding, re-organising everything with a smile. Chelsea has an array of contacts and good relationships with key players and suppliers in the industry which made bringing all the special elements together a seamless experience. Chelsea’s planning was meticulous with a to-the-minute timeline of the day as well as the days leading up to and the break down after the function. We would highly recommend Chelsea. After our special day, we walked away with not only wonderful memories of an extraordinary event, but also with a friend.
