Maxine and I decided very early on that we wanted to get married in Africa. As we are living overseas in Kuwait, this was always going to be a challenge. Fortunately for us we stumbled across Warren-Stone Weddings whilst searching for wedding planners online. We had an initial conversion over the phone with Chelsea, who was very professional but also understanding of our situation. She took the time to ask about us as a couple, our hobbies, likes, dislikes etc.
We were sold after that first conversation and never questioned the decision again.
Chelsea and her team worked with us for about 8 months before the actual wedding. They were in constant contact with us when needed and offered the support and calm when we naturally freaked out about something. Neither of us (Max and I) really knew about the finer and more intricate details that go into planning a wedding.We had a rough blueprint of what we wanted to do, but that was about it. Fortunately, Chelsea led us in the right direction, but never forcing us to make a decision we were not comfortable with. The day of the wedding was everything we wanted and more. Everything ran smoothly which was a huge accomplishment because of the complexity of our wedding. Chelsea and the team were tasked with coordinating all the transport for guests and the bridal party as well as setting up multiple locations.
When something was running slightly behind schedule or if there was an incident Chelsea’s calm and professional approach to deal with the situation allowed us to enjoy the day and not have to worry. Both Maxine and I could not recommend Warren-Stone Weddings enough. They are great at what they do, but more importantly they are all great people. Our wedding was almost two months ago, and we are still in contact with Chelsea and Carmen as we wrap things up. Without a doubt the best day celebrating with our closest friends and family, and a big reason for that was because of Chelsea and her team.
