What is the first step to securing your wedding with us?

Kindly send us an email with the date you hope to get married and the estimated number of guests that

will be attending your wedding. After our initial consultation, your wedding quote and contract would be finalised for your approval.

 

 

What types of wedding ceremonies are we open to accommodating?

Religious, Civil, Double Weddings, Single gender, Eco-Friendly, Military, Vow Renewals, and more are available

at Warren-Stone Weddings.

 

 

Do we assist in travel and accommodation arrangements?

Yes with pleasure! If you require accommodation close to your chosen venue we will make reservations on your behalf.

 

 

Do we coordinate destination weddings?

Yes we are available to coordinating weddings abroad. Through email, phone and skype correspondence the distance will not hinder

the event planning process. Depending on the wedding requirements, the transport and accommodation would be included in the

wedding budget for the coordinator and assistant if needed.

 

 

If we have a supplier in mind to assist with an aspect of the wedding, will we be able to incorporate their services?

Yes most certainly! Wedding planning is a personal journey and we encourage your individual style and choices to

be reflected on your special day.

 

 

What would Warren–Stone Weddings handle in terms of wedding coordination?

This would be determined by the package you choose. Our most popular package, Full Coordination, includes

choosing the perfect venue, selecting service providers, styling and creative input, personal/skype meetings to confirm the

details of the event, a final programme including the setup, function and breakdown of your wedding and an enthusiastic

companion to assist with all of your wedding requirements.

 

 

What additional types of events do we coordinate?
